Galaxy Tab4 powers ON but gets frozen, can power OFF and press power just shows 1st screen then freeze

Galaxy Tab4 powers ON but immediately freeze, did hard reset to factory reset it more than 10times now but still cant move please assist

Did you try the combo power + volume down?
