I'm trying to play a steam game that my rig is much over qualified for, in terms of power. Renegade Ops on Windows 7 64b ultimate seems to have a major issue. When I start up the game it's running fine. After about 7 seconds of being in game it starts to stutter, and the stuttering get's worse until it's unplayable.
The weird thing is, once I close the game the lag carries over to windows for a little. CPU usage and memory doesn't seem unusual, could there be a video memory leak? I have to restart my PC after playing or the lag won't stop. Other games are fine. Played doom 2016 very smooth, no issues.
The game crashes to desktop with no error if I have plays.tv (recorder) enabled.
