games,apps pausing itself and lots of other problems

Help i got a very big problem with my phone. ... my phone's game pauses itself... Not only games... But when i stream vedios in youtube.. And record a vedio.. It stops itself... Someone said i have to clear my dalvik cache but cwm isnt compatable on my phone or any other custom recoveries.. But my phone is roooted.. Sorry for my bad english tho. & i got another problem too.. My computer doesnt read my phone. Or my phone wont recognize my computer.. thats it.. Im hoping for your answers guys..

My phone is rooted btw.. Used Vroot to root it.. Got kinguser
