games hanging on 4 gb graphics an 8gb ram

my laptop hangs the games gta5 n batman n watch dogs at first time it runs smoothely but next time after saving the game it starts to hANg resolution isnt affecting too i have laptop of 4gb graphics geforce nvidia and 8 gb ddr4 ram hp pavilion notebook

can you tell me the gpu model because this is an issue with nvidia for gta V at least if you disable the nvidia gpu then the game will load in my case it did.
try to go to nvidia web site and update your gpu drivers

A "GPU" is your graphics processing unit, or your graphics card. For example: the GTX 1070 is a gpu.

Just type in your info and the site will direct you. Updating your driver should disable your old driver.
