Games running slow

So everything was fine, I was surfing the web when my laptop screen goes back for a couple of seconds and so does my second monitor (by HDMI). Now the night before I was was playing skyrim everything was fine. Now I try to launch the game it but it is so slow under a out 5 fps. I have no idea what's going on i tried to check somethings to see if it was the graphics card. This was checked by radeon settings and it says, no AMD graphics driver installed, or thr AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware.
I've tried to update my drivers however it's already updated or at least it says it is.

I'm running a MSI GX60, AMD A10 5750, AMD radeon r9 m290x 2gb gddr5.

I have the same problem with my hp probook g3 and when i took it to maintainence since i have warranty they told me that my amd r7 was damaged for some reason and they replaced it. Forgot to mention that my fps dropped in all games to quarter. So it is a good idea to go see a maintainence cuz this is a hardware failure in gpu
