Games wont download

I have a Lenovo laptop B50 serial number CB33413399. I play games on Facebook, it was working really well, but now it is slow and won't fully download the games, it gets so far downloading then nothing. Can you help, please in lay man's words, I'm not technical at all. Thanks in advance
