I typically skim/read quickly through the former and don't bother clicking the latter.

Unfortunately, the entire agreement can be invalidated by unreasonable contractual terms such as this. Weather I believe or not in the immortality of the soul is immaterial.

I remember some time ago a company offering money in their ToS for the few that actually read it. Something along those lines at least, refund, rebate, whatever it was. Don't recall who it was or anything else. I still don't read ToS, I don't have that kind of time, I'm a busy man!
