Gaming laptop 2017

1. About $1500 is my budget

2. I don't care about the size.

3. At least 1080 screen resolution.

4. I do need it as a desktop replacement.

5. Reasonable battery life.

6. I want to play games with this pc, namely Arma 2 on high.

7. I also am looking to be able to code and edit pictures with this pc.

8. 500 gb storage is good, unless 1 tb isn't too much of a price increase.

10. I want to keep this laptop for a long time.

11. Just a normal optical drive, nothing fancy.

12. Any brand as long as it's Windows. I don't want the other OS because I want options, I don't like limitation.

13. I'm an American.

Take a look at www.xoticpc.com, anything there in your price range will be good for gaming. You will need to look at some systems and decide if you want just core CPU and video card speeds or if screen quality and hard drive speed along with some other things like maybe fancy keyboards are as important. You will find some system with a one step slower video card but with a solid state drive.
