Hey guys, so I decided to move from desktop gaming to laptop because I move around a lot, also I travel a lot so even though I have time to play I need a gaming laptop.
I'm have the laptops I want to buy( because of the price and GPU, just the specs in gen)
Here they are:
https://www.amazon.com/G-SYNC-Gaming-Computer-GeForce-i7-7700HQ/dp/B01NALTGWN/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1512605110&sr=8-10&keywords=asus%2BROG%2BG752VS&th=1

The difference? Aside the model it's basically just the RAM, one has 12 and another 16GB.
I believe it's the only difference that might impact gaming performance overall.
But, I'm no expert here, which would you consider it's better?

One is a 15.6" screen wit 120hz, other is a 17" screen with 75, that is a pretty decent difference there. At least in the direct links you posted. The issue with 12 GB of RAM is that it is probably an 8 and 4 gb stick, which means it will not be running in proper dual channel mode, which can have an affect on things a bit. On the other hand, there is a $300 difference between them. If you don't mind the larger size, I would take the 17" screen and live with the memory difference for that much.
