Gaming laptop,Cyber monday or blackfriday?

Looking to get a gaming laptop with a 1060 but preferably 1070, would need to be an HQ series (or whatever as long as it's not a U power saving series Cpu)

But in your experiences, shot for black friday or wait till cybermonday?

What I'm looking for is like a laptop on slickdeals that's going for $1,350
But that one lacks thunderbolt and (weirdly) doesn't ship to Puerto Rico.
