I know this is a pretty small budget to work with, but I have a friend who's lame and plays Playstation still and wants a new laptop to game on. He plays WOW mostly.
His parents said they'd throw him $500 bucks for a computer and I figure with the help of Toms Hardware, we can convince him to put in his own $100 to make $600.
WOW is a must. He wants to run WOW at high performance.
