Gaming laptop for sims 4 and minecraft under 200

Need a gaming laptop for under 200 dollops and I want it to run sims 4 and minecraft with mods

Your budget is too low.

Such a laptop would probably only be capable of running the Sims 4 on low settings with 15 FPS - 25 FPS.

As for Minecraft, the only mod you will be using is Optifine, because you would need it to get better performance.
