hello I have a HP -Victus Gaming Laptop-Intel Core i7-12650H - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti - 512 GB SSD, and im having some fps issues and im not sure why when i first got my laptop i was getting 180 fps (everything on low) when im playing overwatch its been 2 -3 months later and everytime i play now im getting below 100 fps every single time and im not sure why. Even when i play csgo when i first got laptop i was getting like 275 - to over 300 (everything on low) and now i get like 120 fps then it dips to below 100 and i really trying to fix this issue because it sucks when gaming.
my drivers are updated, for the nvidia control panel I have physx config and manage 3d settings set to my rtx.
If anyone can help of has some suggestions for a fix i would appreciate it thanks.

When was the last time you blew the dust out of your laptop? Has there been any change in your operating temperatures? Have you scanned for malware recently?

funny thing i have not blew out the dust from my laptop (how would i do that, would i have to take apart the laptop sorry if this was a bad question) and my temps for my gpu and cpu were over 170

Can of compressed air. Laptop powered down. Bursts of air into both intake and exhaust ports. No disassembly required.

170F is normal for laptops. What you really need is idle and loaded temps for a better comparison.
