Gaming laptop lagging after 5minutes

hi i have problem with my new dell inspiron 14 7000 series it has i5 and 12gb ram and gtx 850m i was playing nba2k15 the game is running smoothly but after 5-10 minutes of playing the laptop is heating and the fans rotate so fast, and the lagging part starts then it will disappear for 20 sec and came back again and again please help me i update everything i'm getting frustrated because it's also kind of expensive but my satisfaction isn't there please help thank you <3

use cpuid hw monitor to try to monitor the temps.

most probably the cpu or gpu is throttling (reducing speed) due to high temps.
