I don`t think you will find what you want for less than 100$.
A good wireless mouse will go for a lot more, and anything under will give you input lag.

I also wanted a cheap gaming wireless mouse, but after a few of them, I ended up again with wired.

A really good wired mouse and within your budget is the Logitech G400, if you decide to go this route.

wireless? you should try Bloody R8A it has a design on it, but it works pretty well and it has metal feet. which you wouldnt have to worry about breaking down after use
