Gaming laptop problem. "Video"

Hello I have some problem with my laptop. I would like your opinion on this matter.
I personally believe it's the CPU that's gone bad.
>I have yet to use a external monitor.
>This is how the laptop looks it's have no booting. Reason why I said it might be the CPU.
> I have tried to clean the vents, he reinstall my battery checked the hard drive wire.

Please make sure to look at the video and tell me if you have seen this before and what might be the cause of this furthermore excuse me for any error in this post. I am using my phone.

hi maybe it is from the video chip.try reseat the video card

Ok, I was wrong about the CPU. It's just the screen that's has the problem I used the external monitor and it works fine. I will try to check the connections and see if that solves the problem. Otherwise I will just keep it connected to my external monitor. Thanks for your help.
