Gaming Laptop Under $600 CAD That Can Run League

Looking for a laptop for a friend. He needs a gaming laptop equivalent or under $600 CAD. I know this is a bit of a hard request, but he'll only be running league, so it doesn't have to be any hardcore 800m series stuff lol.

That's American, I needed CAD. I tried looking at it on the Canadian Newegg, they don't have it.

It depends on your FPS target, and tolerance for hassle factor. My son runs chrubuntu (dual boot) on a Chromebook (Acer c720p touch, refurbished direct from acer, $260 on ebay) at 25-40 fps. He is not happy with framerate but the Celeron 2955u is playable. The toshiba chromebook 2 (Celeron 3215u) should be 10-15% faster, and has a nicer screen and keyboard, at $300.
