Gaming laptops are terrible value, I hope you really want a laptop because you need to move it about all the time. If not I would steer WELL clear of them.

TO play LOL on 60 fps max settings you can buy like a 700 dollar one haha, that game needs next to no resources at all.

Take a look at MSI G series like g70.

its funny how much gaming laptops cost you will get more performance in a desktop pc period
with that being said check out this build
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/IIEKOII/saved/#view=LGZv6h if you are on a budget then you can buy this for your on the go get http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Transformer-Detachable-Touch-Laptop/dp/B00OBQ59UK/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1428929928&sr=1-1&keywords=asus+t100 you will have a laptop and a gaming pc for 1200 but if you need help on a higher end desktop let me know

This will sound really strange, but if size and weight doesn't matter, then why don't you get a mini - desktop. They are lighter than a tower pc but have more performance than a laptop. I am not an expert on this subject so someone else can let you know which one to get.

If you really need a laptop, something like an acer v3 or v5 laptop with a gt 840m gpu will do as lol is not that gpu intensive. What you will need to worry about the the broadband setup you have and the wifi module of the laptop as the ping is the most important thing in that game. Also you won't really be able to tell the difference on a laptop between each settings unless you have really good eyesight.
