Your configuration is already optimized for the best you can get. There is nothing beyond that configuration that you need. But if you dont have right visuals to justify the build, then all that hardware is in vain. 144hz is far better than 60hz and should give you faster frame rates while gaming specially in demanding games where 60hz might struggle.
Performance not only depends on what is inside your pc case, it also depends on what monitor you are running. If you are not aware of it, then do some research. If you are still not convinced, then you can pick the benQ monitors listed in your post.

BenQ doesnt have any monitors 144hz monitor in that price range, and your card will not justify a 60hz monitor. Besides this Asus monitor is good quality with good reviews and ratings.
Do some research yourself or pick any monitor in its place you want, but this will be best value for money.

I mean BenQ is cheaper it dont matter for frame rate for me cause I always set my FPS at 84 as that's the frame rate our eyes can see 144hz is just overkill and besides I dont even tell the difference between 720p and 1080p HD and 4k I see 720p HD as 4k it's the same shit and BenQs are cheaper that gives more power for the actual PC it's self to ensure it lasts a few weeks longer.

I dont care about Qualitys of the Screen I care about performance I'd run a old stand up TV before id even run a 60hz BenQ if I could. The less money on the Monitor=More Money on the System it'self and/or more money for buying games
