I will be playing GTA 5 with IceEnhancer Graphics,,Fallout 4 with mods, American Truck Simulator, iRacing.com with Teamspeak in the background, Possible recording. Need it to run those games or similar graphics, with atleast 84 FPS 2TB harddrive. and the monitors 24 Inch BenQs preferabbly. Thanks hope someone can, help a fellow gamer out.

Solution
Your configuration is already optimized for the best you can get. There is nothing beyond that configuration that you need. But if you dont have right visuals to justify the build, then all that hardware is in vain. 144hz is far better than 60hz and should give you faster frame rates while gaming specially in demanding games where 60hz might struggle.
Performance not only depends on what is inside your pc case, it also depends on what monitor you are running. If you are not aware of it, then do some research. If you are still not convinced, then you can pick the benQ monitors listed in your post.

32GB RAM for killing the crap out of it. You can go with just 1 Corsair Veng 2 x 8 will be fine but the mobo I gave to you also has an option to get 2 x8 more so why not. I know 16GB is too much for modern gaming but having 32 will future proof the hell out of it

it is in that order...u just need to compare and filter the parts u need...
for eg., the extra case fans are for that particular case...if u choose to use another case, then u can just discard those case fans...
