Gaming rig power usage

hi. does anyone no of a program to see how much power my rig is using. thanks

I don't but you need to have not only power but much ram, video ram and a good CPU.

Basically, a good PSU power would be at least 720 watts. 8 gb ram in increments of 2gb or if you only have two ram slots then use 2 x 4gb, and use a video card with 2gb vram. Ensure you have good fans for ventilation and the PC is not stuck in an enclosed area that restricts ventilation or is near an area liable to attract dust.
