Gaming System Required

Hi, I haven't been gaming for years now and I want to catch up with the gaming community to do this i need a system. I cannot go for PC, even though it is the best option, I have to move out of my country and I want to take which ever system that I buy with me so please help me out. The things I care about while gaming is the graphics, it means world to me. My budget is $1200. I guess my options are PlayStation or laptop I will mostly be playing old games that came before 2014 and if possible also new games but this not my priority if I go with PlayStation 4 with this new PlayStation Now coming will this have all the old games and will it be worth it and if I go with PlayStation 3 will the graphics be good or should I go with laptops? These two are the laptops I am looking into if you can suggest better laptops please do.
I will summarize what I want: playing old games, graphics important, PlayStation 3 or 4 if PS4 then will PlayStation Now be worth it or laptop, my budget $1200.

Gaming is your primary purpose then u need to look for a laptop with batter graphics chip.

The toshiba one has 770M, so it is a better choice.

With nVidia Geforce GTX 800m series coming out do you think I should wait a while to purchase a laptop?
Within my price range there are GTX 850M and GTX 860M when I looked at benchmark scores for these I found out that 850 is faster then 750 but 760 is faster then 850 and same goes with 860 it is faster then 760 but 770 is still better then 860. Is this information true? So would I be better off buying a system with 770 rather then 860 or 850?

if you don't think that's going to cut it then please remember that Direct X 12 is coming in the second half of the year and promises a lot of tidy updates.

i would go with a 860 as well because it wil natively support dx12,
also in some games the 860m performs better than the 770m so its a toss up

The 8xxM cards may be seeing a revision either late this year or sometime next year, just FYI. If you're not in a hurry, you could spend that time to save up and see what NVidia does with the new fabrication process and architecture. Intel may be releasing the next generation of processors fairly early next year as well, but release dates are mum.

The 860 will treat you well and won't break the bank. You'll especially benefit from future games that support DX 12 also.

Maybe a small drop. But you won't really see any more units in production with the 7xxM cards. They'll be phased out rather quickly.

The R9 M290x is absolutely more powerful than the 860M. The R9 is meant to be a direct competitor to the 780M, so it's about as capable.

That MSI system is okay. It has a low starting price because of the A10 processor, which is between an i3 and an i5 CPU.
