Gateway laptop power supply from 2 different model laptops

Need to know if I can use a different power supply from another gateway model laptop

Only if the following is true:

a) input volts is exactly the same on both power bricks.

a) output volts is exactly the same on both power bricks.

b) output amps is exactly the same on both power bricks.

(You'll probably need a magnifying glass to read that info on the power bricks).


Finally, the input connector-pin must be the same size (obviously, else it won't fit - LOL)
