Generated laptop battery report,having issue with it.

Laptop is Toshiba Satellite,
Was just using cmd "powercfg" tool.Fetched Battery Report for status of it.
Under "Battery Capacity History" encountered that Battery design capacity is 49,500 mWh but during different periods of months,its an average full 100% charge around 37,500 mWh.
So what's going here?Why I'm not at the full potential (49,500mWh).The battery is going to die more or what?
I've been using the laptop since win8.1 update.Now upgraded to win10 didn't notice this much because back to few months,whenever my laptop battery falls to 80%.I immediately and was always charging it.

I'd recommend contacting Toshiba and seeing if they can replace the battery under warranty. It sounds like the battery could just be getting old or if you have it charging all the time that can affect a batteries lifetime.

Might try letting battery drain to near Zero, then charge it up and see how it looks, keeping them fully charged at all times can weaken the lifespan
