Generic VAIO laptop fan replacement

Hi guys,

Need a replacement "fan" for a Sony VAIO Laptop Model#VPCCB3S1E/B. Thing is I purchased this in Austria 4 years ago but I don't live there. When I try to find a replacement fan, all I come up with is a "Thermal Unit" and the cost is around US$230 + shipping/tax. (http://uk.eetgroup.com/i/428718611-Sony-V051-Thermal-Module-H)

I've been searching for generic replacements but have been coming up with nothing. Fan's about the give out soon I think, since you can hear the blades rattling against the housing.

Any help?
