Get volume out headphone jack on my Philips tv

I’ve got a Philips flat tv and can’t get volume out any outputs ie headphone jack

Check the TV audio menu. You may have to turn the audio output on. Sometimes you have to turn the internal speakers off too. The owners manual will help.
