Are you getting 10fps or you are wondering is the game playable on your laptop?
In short it should be playable 50+ on high settings.

From NVIDIA Control Panel
3D Settings->Manage 3D Settings
Tab "Global setttings"
Preferred Graphics Processor select 1050ti
Select : High performance NVIDIA processor
