Question Getting Bluetooth on a LG 55UM7000PLC without delay?

Recently bought an LG UM7000PLC without knowing it had no Bluetooth, so as per many recommendations on the forum, I was thinking of buying an aptx LL receiver for my TV...

I really want to use headphones from time to time, however, my Sony headphones only have normal aptX, not aptx LL. Does anyone know if there is a way to avoid lip sync/audio delay issues in this case? The TV does have an audio sync feature, but it only lets me delay the audio further (I've seen online pictures of the same function where it allows negative values to hasten the audio, but my TV only shows values from 1 to 15, even with the software being updated).

I seriously appreciate any help I can get!

I'm not sure of this but low latency seems to be applied to the transmitter, not the receiving headphones or speakers, so you might want to try a different transmitter with your Sony headphones. You can check with Sony tech support to confirm this.
I would also suggest you turn off any audio processing or effects if the TV has any. That might help.
