Solution
Press your Windows key and R together then in teh Run box, type Control and hit the Enter key.

Control Panel shows up so go into Device Manager and the problem device should show beside a red icon. Right click it and select Properties then click on the Details tab then scroll the Property box to HardwareIDs.

Note down the Ven for Vendor and Dev for Device details. Open your browser and go to www.pcidatabase.com and input those details into the search boxes. When you follow the link to the Vendor's website, better than scrolling through for the Device, use the browser's Edit>Find facility to go straight to it.

That way you'll get a link to the right place for a safe driver download.

Sorry for removing your telephone number...

Sorry for removing your telephone number but you wouldn't believe how many times that would be sold to Spam callers all over the world.
