Getting emails onto the desktop

Hi all, I have been using emails online for my work through the https://outlook.office365.com/owa system, but is there any way that I can view the emails on my desktop, similar to how I do with my other emails please? On Outlook 2007. Any help much appreciated.

Thank you very much for this, it has worked fine. One thing, it seems to have wiped out all of the rules I had setup on the other accounts?
