getting error on VGA monitor when connecting with HDMI converter

I am using HD setup box with HDMI OUTPUT cable and VGA input LCD with HDMI to VGA converter Box and now getting error on Monitor "change resolution 1360*600 60 Htz" and after every 20 second display going off/On so what I do?

Sounds like the VGA connection on your TV doesn't support the standard 1080i or 720p video output of the box. Some TVs will accept it through component video but not through VGA. An HDMI to VGA converter with scaler would work if it supported one the resolutions that your TV is compatible with via VGA. Check the manual.

check the manual of your tv, maybe your tv only support resolution up to 1360*600?
