hi... i'm a professional full time trader..
i want to buy a laptop.. but m confused between a workstation laptop and a gaming laptop...m looking to buy a core i7 quad core config with 16 gb ram... but m not able to decide on the graphic card... should i go for quadro K1100M/K2100m or gtx 970.. i want to be able to connect THREE external monitors with 1920*1080 resol.... And r workstation laptops and Gaming Laptops equally durable given the similar specs????

Also wanted to mention that i will b suing the system 6-8 hours every day... so would want a system which had a longer life span with consistent performance...

Solution
gaming laptops (the newest ones) now support up to 3 monitors, so a gaming laptop will work fin (just make sure it is a very high end laptop).

Solution
Just because the gpu is capable doesn't mean the laptop has the ports to make it possible. Either gpu would do fine. Durability is going to be more specific on what laptop.

thank u guyz for the prompt replies....
Apart from the available ports...
how are the two gpuz ie Quadro K1100m/K2100M and GTX 970 Diffrent....
is their functionality diffrent, if yes which one would suit my needs....

AnD is i7 4710HQ sufficient or i need to go for i7 4900MQ or
4690k / 4790 (the desktop cpuz)
