Gigabyte P25w-v2 vs P34v3?

Hello guys, i want to buy a laptop, mostly for mobile gaming and college works (engineering)
i've managed to narrow it down into 2 options

P25
-15inch
-i7 4810mq
-GTX 870
-16GB ram

or

P34
-14 inch
-i7 4710HQ
-GTX 970
-16GB ram

Which one to get?
one thing that i heavily consider is the cooling
Some sources said that P25's cooling isn't very good, but i haven't found any info about P34's cooling. My guess P34 cooling would be worse because of its size...

So let me hear your opinions, feel free to recommend other laptop
I don't mind sizes but i prefer something with IPS panel, price under 2k, with ssd

if you see the laptop, seems like its too small to have good cooling
im sure normal GTX 870 is better than GTX970+thermal throttling...
