PSU is not that great, you would be better off doing 2x8gb over 4x4gb on memory (just less to have compatibility issues), and you can get a better GPU for cheaper.

I like TechyinAZ's build also.
If it were me though, I'd do what I could to fit a SSD into the build. Options include selecting a less expensive cooler from http/www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html and getting only 8GB of RAM. I'd likely choose a less expensive case as well, and perhaps a less expensive (but still good) PSU such as http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371058
Dropping to an air cooler and a less expensive case for being able to get an SSD is a very good trade off.
The define r4 case is very nice and often on sale for $80.
If just gaming 16gb wont get you anything over 8gb and when it does become helpful, just get another 8 gb.
The psu though is too low of wattage to support a r9-290 or gtx-970 (it will run a 970 but you will be running it at pretty much max)
I suspect 520W may be a little low for a R9 290, but should be fine for the GTX970; don't they recommend 450W for that one? Which accounts (in part) for liar-labels? Mine only has a single 8-pin PCIe power connector, which means the card can't be pulling any more than 225W to remain in-spec for PCIe.
Second the Define R4. That's on my [very] Short List if I build another ATX system any time soon.
Get the cooler from http/www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html instead. The [awwwk!] Hyper212 EVO [awwwwk!] isn't a bad cooler, but is a bang/buck Loser; thankfully I've never had to waste money on one.
Otherwise, that looks great. The PSU is bigger than needed, but it is hard to argue with that price for it.
What is "Elgato?"
