Good cheap amp

A friend gave me a pair of panasonic SC PM20 Bookshelf speakers.
Can anyone recommend me a ok cheap amp so i can hooke them up to my pc?
They have two sets of wires heading out of each speaker, and theres a labe on them sayin 10w high, 30w low
I wouldnt like to spend too much on it, i just want it to sound ok. they are for a small room in a apartment so they dont need to get very loud

SC PM20 is not a speaker set but a mini hifi.

ummm....I am a bit confused here...I tried to google SC PM20 I got only that mini hifi thing there.

If that is the case,
You can simply connect the sound card to the hifi via toslink or mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm.
You don't need any amplifier.

If you only have the speakers (not the entire mini system) you will need a small four channel amplifier. The original system has separate tweeter and woofer amps built in. This might work.

Good suggestions thanks, i actually found the full unit though. so can i just put a passthrough from the pc to the box and then connect the speakers to it?
