Ok so i'm looking for a good cheap desktop one thats better than my laptop i have now which is this. http

I do tend to use for downloading music and burning dvds. Usually i have about 5 tabs open at once. But anyway any help would be greatful my budget is$60- $150 I don't care if its couple years older just so long as it a good bit better than what i have.
