Good Cheap Tablet for College Students

Hey guys! Anyone have any suggestions for a good cheap tablet for college. All i really need it for is bringing it to school so I can type papers. I'm looking for something under $100. I know it won't be amazing but i don't need it for much. I have a PC I built, a laptop (to big to bring to school), and iphone. So i don't need anything else to search the internet at home. Just something to browse and type papers on breaks. Thanks for any help guys!

I would go for the new kindle fire hd 7". It's nearly 140$ and is pretty a good tablet. Or maybe you can get a chinese one, like Onda v701s and onda v711s, quad core, 7" ips screen (v711s), android 4.1.1 and 1gb ram. Or maybe a Cube, Pipo and Ainol Novo. You also can try for a refurbished nexus 7 1-gen.
