Good dslr lens under 1000?

Mount: sony alpha/minolta
Senso: aps-c
Focal lenght: 35-60'ish (eqvivalent to full frame.
Lens type: Prime

I want good sharpness and sweet bokeh (good bokeh, not just much)

While my budget is 1000, i would like to keep it under 400-500'ish since it's my pocket money aswell.

Under 1000 what? USD, GBP, CAD, AUD?
