why does my gaming latop have low fps? i have a gtx 1050ti and i7-7700 hq quadcore my ram and everything else are very good too. Dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming
The TL;DR version of it is to play at its native resolution of 1920x1080, play with medium or high presets, and in order of tweaking the settings, anti-aliasing, shadows, motion blur and textures. Don't push it above what it can do, or else you'll find yourself being unhappy with sub-25 FPS rates.

You can get 60 FPS, but it really requires knocking down the settings somewhat.
