good, high, highest

I had been working on some videos.
all of my videos, Movies & Shows are all in MP4 format in full screen, no black bars.
I have a USB media player on my Roku connected to my flat panel TV.. When converting my videos to MP4.
The video editor that I have on my desktop has the quality of good/ high/ highest. I been setting the quality at high on my videos.

So, what is the difference in high and highest quality in videos

Well, High and Highest are the resolution obviously, Highest might be 1080p where as High might just be 720p, both are high quality, high quality will probably make it convert slower, but look a tad bit better
