Good Laptop for Gaming and Watching Movies at High Quality.

Which one among the two would be good choice for both gaming and watching HD movies?

1. Acer Aspire V5-573G 4th Gen Intel Core i7 4500U- 8GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 39.62 cm (15.6)- 4GB Graphics- 1366 x 768 pixels- NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 4GB


2.HP Pavilion 15-ab032TX Notebook Core i5 (5th Gen)- 8 GB DDR3- 1 TB- 15.6 inch- 2 GB Graphics- 1920 x 1080 pixels- NVIDIA GeForce 940M 2GB

I don't particularly like either brand, but I would probably choose the Acer because of the higher video RAM. However, movies will look better on the Pavilion because of the higher screen resolution. Gaming performance of the 750m and 940m is really close, but because the Acer has a lower resolution you'll get better framerates. So for gaming performance, I'd choose the Acer, for movie playback I'd go with the Pavilion. Go with your own preference.
