Good microphones for music

Okay, I'm looking for a good condenser mic for recording Guitar and vocals at the same time. I don't have too huge of a price range. What do you suggest?

Where is it being used (examples: some guys bedroom or garage or an actual studio or venue)

What is it being plugged into... (examples: the back of desktop computer, a cheap guitar center DJ set up, or a Yamaha 02R96VCM)

What do you mean by "I don't have too huge of a price range."
