Good programs to keep track of cpu temperatures

HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner would probably be the most commonly used. MSI AB has a better "overlay" for real-time monitoring IMO, but I prefer HWMonitor.

Aida64 and Unigine Heaven for benchmarking, CPUz/GPUz etc would all be pretty commonly used too.

Really depends what you want to achieve.

I use HWmonitor for temperature, voltage, and utilization monitoring. Glasswire is also a good software to monitor things like network activity.
