Solved! Good Windows program to use USB camera as surveillance camera?

Hello.
I just want a free program which can run on Windows, turn USB camera to a surveillance camera, having motion detection, and take/save a picture every time something moves.
I searched and tried so hard, but they either have severe limits on unpaid versions, or don't work at all...
Can any one help me?

Take a look at Scratch 2 via MIT.

Actually a kid's program to teach coding but can do some really sophisticated things and it can use a USB webcam.

And not at all difficult to learn and use. Have < 10 years old family members using/playing with scratch.

Not sure about motion detection per se.

However, the website also provides access to many programs that people have put together.

Good chance that someone may have already written such an application.
