Google Chrome Changed Resolution + Favourites Position Issue

Hi everyone,

Chrome recently updated, and I noticed the resolution seems lower. I tried switching to the version I had previously, but the resolution remained the same.

I then thought it might be my monitor's resolution, but it isn't.

I could get used to it, but the main issue I'm having is with my 'Favourites' folder.

When I click on it, it opens up on a different screen, (I have 3 different monitors) but only when I click on it from monitor 2. When I have Chrome open in monitor 1 and 3 and I click on favourites, it stays on the same screen, where it usually is.

Any ideas as to what is causing this?

Just found the solution to this myself.

If anyone else has the same problem, simply do this:

1. Find the Chrome icon that you click on. It may be on the Windows taskbar, a shortcut on the desktop, or in the start menu or on the start screen.

2. Right-click the icon and select properties from the context menu if the icon is on the desktop or start menu/screen.
If it is on the taskbar, right-click Google Chrome in the context menu that opens up and select properties here.

3. The 'Target' field should end like this afterwards: chrome.exe" /high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1
Click ok to make the change.
