Google Home Mini Will Not Connect To Bluetooth Razer Leviathan

When I go to connect my Google Mini to my Razer Leviathan I go into the app and select the Devices then the Google Home Mini, then Hit default device, but I do not see an option to Pair Bluetooth anywhere, I saw on here you can do it, or can you not. Any help appreciated.

requires Chromecast Audio in order to connect with at external speaker setup.

I do not beleive the Razer supports this.
