Hello!

I have a laptop and my Hard Drive recently failed. I sent it into the shop and they replaced my Hard Drive with a newer one and installed Windows for me. I installed my games on it and then tried them out and what happens? I get 3-4 fps on lowest settings... This is confirmed for only 1 game: Darkest Hour Europe '44 '45 which is about 10 years old. I tried Rising Storm and it ran okay on lowest but that's just so far. I don't know why it's so slow on that particular game, it used to run completely fine. Can anyone help?
Edit: I tried Euro Truck Simulator and it lags too whereas it didn't before.

I have an Intel I5 2520M CPU 2.50 GHz
4gb RAM
64 bit OS Win 7
500gb Hard Drive.

Sounds like they installed windows but none of the drivers.
You can get them from the manufacturers support site for your laptop or you can post the full make and model# and we can post a link to them.

They said they installed some drivers and I tried installing some driver myself but I'm not that good at it. Thanks for the quick reply BTW!

My laptop is a Dell Latitude E6420.
If you could link me to the correct place to download drivers that'd be great! Need anything else just tell me :)

It's worn out at the bottom of my laptop but I found something in cmd to do it but I'm not 100% sure:
BOHP6R1

I just wiped my graphics driver and reinstalled it at what Dell says is the latest version. It worked, I had 50 fps on medium settings. I quit the game and tried on another and had similar results. I quit the game and decided to do something else. I went back on Darkest hour about an hour later and it went back to previous results: ~4 FPS...
Can anyone help with this.
