I hit my laptop damaged Hard drive. I replaced the HD with Toshiba on my Acer laptop. I'm using neotech rebootable repair disk, for windows 7. So I got linux and windows mixed I guess you could say. Well the only access I have to my laptop is through this CD that's the reboot repair disk. Or I cant do anything however I had windows 10 on my last Hard Drive. So you see I got alot of miss matches related to this laptop. I need help in creating the Gparted partition. Or if there is something I'm missing, I ask that you please help a beginner out with a solution. I cant access the net bc of this broken down laptop and dont have access to other devices to download software, however if instructed could download software elsewhere. So with all this being said could I please get some HELP! Thanks

What used to be on the toshiba drive does not matter since you will be installing a clean Windows setup on it, which means nothing will be left. Go to Microsoft site, download the Windows 10 setup media, during setup go to the drive options and delete existing partitions, create a new one, install Windows.
Can't sort out what you are trying to do with this gparted partition or with the repair disk. If you had Win 10 on the drive that was damaged, you will need another system to download Windows 10 setup, make a USB setup disk and run the setup on your laptop. Without access to a second computer you will not be able to do anything with this new disk.
