Motherboard:Asus M5A78L-M
GPU:Amd Radeon HD 5570
CPU:Amd Fx 4100
Ram:Kingston 4 GB
PSU:Everest 300W

For that power supply and budget, the NVidia 750 would be a good match. Not sure if I'd run the Ti version on that power supply, but the regular 750 should be fine.
