GPU safe temperature limit for AMD Radeon R7 M265 ?

Question: Are tempreatures above 90 degree celsius safe for my AMD Radeon R7 M265 2 GB Graphics card?

I have a pretty standard non-gaming laptop with an i3 4030 U processor @1.90GHz and an AMD Radeon R7 M265 2 GB Graphics card.

I use this laptop for gaming as well as it's the only laptop I have and I was wondering if it's okay for my GPU temp to go over 90 degree Celsius.

Whenever my GPU temp goes over 90 deg celsius, I stop playing games and wait for my laptop to cool down.

Amd claims that gpu can safely run up to 95C. So I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Even if the GPU is safe at 95C you wouldn't want it to reach that temperature. Such heat will reduced the durability of your motherboard and GPU. The ideal temperature for gaming will be around 75 - 85C for a room temperature of 28C.
